The rough construction of The Private Villa Estate Lobby, Main Building which will be used as a welcome area is finished. For the outside the building looks fantastic. Interiors will be finished as soon as there is a positive sign regarding the opening of International Borders.

The Villa Estate Lobby will consist of The Estate Spa, The Estate Boutique, The Estate Gym and last but not least The Estate Wine Bar & Lounge ánd the #OFYR Mej’O Estate Restaurant.

THE ESTATE WINE BAR
Your experience at The Estate Wine Bar will be as breathtaking as the views A wide selection of gourmet pastas, tapas style plates ánd delicious olive oils. Opening September 2022.

Giulio di Gropello, owner of Carma, Innovative Organic Farming: ‘…Carma is an organic permaculture project established in 2000 in the valley of Civita di Bagnoregio. The company was created initially by Giulio di Gropello and Gianluca Pizzo who purchased the first abandoned plot of land with 600 olive trees, Giovanni Bulgari joined in 2008. Our common trait was that we all love nature and that we are the most passionate consumers of our products. Our mission is to produce excellence and to preserve nature. Today we nurture 7,000 olive trees and 80 hectares of cropland in three different regions: Lazio, Umbria and Tuscany, that compose our Olive Oil Triangle.

Last but not least; Fine wines and Magnum Bottle Service at The Estate Wine Bar! We proudly represent over 60 highly reputable and hugely sought after brands from Argentina, Australia, Chile, France, Germany, Italy, New Zealand, Spain and The United States.

We take great care in ensuring that most of our wines have a good International rating at Wine Spectator Tasting Notes, Robert Parkers Wine Advocate, or at James Sucklings Wine Reports and that all wine arrive into our properties in the same mint condition as they left their origin. Wines are shipped under refrigerated conditions and stored in a humidity-controlled warehouse with a constant temperature of 12.5 degrees.

THE SOUNDS OF SILENCE
We guarantee a relaxing stay, without any construction noise. The landsize of The Estate is about 2 Hectare, about 5 acres. The Estate plot consists of an East Wing and a West Wing. During construction works at the East Wing, Villas at the West Wing will be open for guests. During construction works at the West Wing, Villas at the East Wing will be open for our guest.

FLEXIBILITY – 100%

Since the outbreak of the Coronavirus, we have been monitoring the situation closely and are doing everything possible to assist you with your upcoming travel plans. The safety and wellbeing of our guests and colleagues is one of our top priorities. In light of the recent cases of coronavirus, we fully understand the concerns around travelling during this time.

RESERVATIONS
We strongly recommend booking through our own website for the most flexible cancellation policies.

In light of the COVID-19, we fully understand the concerns around booking a holiday during this time. In these uncertain times we have amended our cancellation policy; new reservations made for stays till September 2022 – can be postponed at any time without any cancellation fee.

A 25% non-refundable down payment is required at the time of booking. In case you prefer to cancel, your down payment will be held as a credit for a future reservation. Kindly note that your new reservation is subject to our room availability and applicable accommodation rates during the new period of your preference.

CANCELLATION & REBOOKING
Reservations booked on our website can easily be adjusted and postponed.
